7 Miles-The Longest I Have Ever Ran

Well today I successfully ran 7 miles!!! This is the longest I have ever ran at one time in my whole life. It really wasn't to bad! I had to run by myself and that kind of sucked b/c this is my weekend to work and my mp3 player ran out of batteries at 5.5 miles, and my knees were aching a little at 6 miles, but besides that I finished what I set out to do and it's a great feeling!!!! I think I need to get some new running shoes though b/c now my ankle is killing me, it always hurts a little, but today it is pretty bad. I just hope I can keep it up in the next couple weeks!!!

I know we can all do this, so just put your mind to it, get outside, and just run!!!!!!!!! It is going to be so great to say that we ran/walked 13.1 miles and raised over $10,000 this summer!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!!
