Back on Track
Hey girls!!! Well I have seriously recommitted and i am completely dedicated to running now. I have made my runs this week and I am feeling great!!! Tonight was my best run in a long while and it was a great booster. I ate a bowl of ceral 2hrs. prior to running, drank 24oz. of water, and ran at 6:30pm. I felt really good and I think the best part was it poured rain at about the 3 mile mark. What an awesome cool off. I think I actually like running in the rain!!!
Harmony and I are going to run with the Howard County TNT group saturday morning if anyone would like to join us???? Sarah????
Well drink plenty of water tomorrow, eat pasta for dinner, get up 1-2 hrs. before your long run, eat a high carb breakfast, drink at least 16oz. of fluid, and have a great long run saturday morning!!! Our group is doing 6 miles this week and we are schedule to do our 10 mile run August 13th!!!!!!!!!!

AONI- I HAVE TO WORK SAT MORN. THEN OFF TO THE REUNION! IM SCARED.
I AM PLANNING ON DOING MY LONG RUN TONIGHT. HOPEFULLY I CAN DO IT. I FEEL LIKE IF I WAIT AROUND TILL THE EVENING, I DON'T HAVE AS MUCH ENERGY BUT I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO IT SAT. SO WISH ME LUCK!
