WEEK 4!!!

Hey Ladies!

Well it is now time to get serious with the training!!! No more excuses!!! Let's get in shape and for a great cause!!!

Sun-rest & strength training
Mon-1 mile
Tues-1 1/2 miles
Wed- 20 minutes of cross training
Thur-1 mile & Strength Training
Fri-REST
Sat-1.5 miles but why not try and do 2 miles
Sun-REST & Strength Training

I have not follwed the workout plan all the way through yet either so I am turning over a new leaf tomorrow and I mean it!!!

    Yeah Lauren!!! This should be fun! I think we definetly need to do some long runs together, makes it a lot more fun!!!

    Does anyone know who Tim is? It's Tim Steppe! I talked to him today on email and told him about the site. He says he it blows his mind that we are all still close friends and he is a bit jealous :) I have some cute pics of him and his girls if anyone wants to see them!

    what size andrea? Hope that Nike is ok....just to explain it i get to go to the Nike outlet once a month with EVERYTHING 50% off. Thought that could help. Hope its ok if a GUY helps out, i don't wanna be stepping on any toes.
