TRAINING GUIDE
OKAY, I THINK THAT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ABIDING BY THE GUIDES SHOULD TELL US ON THE BLOG WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING EACH DAY OR COUPLE OF DAYS. THANK YOU. YES, I AM PLANNING ON DOING A 1/2 MARATHON BUT AM TOO LAZY TO READ THE TRAINING MANUAL.
I LIKE THE YARD SALE IDEA. WHEREEVER THE LARGER AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IS WE SHOULD HAVE IT THERE. I KNOW IN CROFTON THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE OUT LOOKING FOR GARAGE SALES ON SAT MORN. JUST AN IDEA.
WE CAN COME UP W/SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR RAISING MONEY.

Thanks Sarah Jane, I love this thing too. Its a good way of keeping in touch without filling up everyone's in box.
This week is week one. You should run (1) mile (4) times this week, do one day of cross-training, and 2 days of rest. I will post things that I come across with hints and advice as I search around. Keep up the momentum!

Betsy said last night maybe and so did Harmony! I was trying to be a persuasive as possible. Hope they join us. The more the merrier!!!
